  • 1-2-1 session delivery for endurance athletes of all abilities on their easy run, long run or interval session.

or

  • Technique and form assessment for beginner or amateur athletes, accompanied by a written report detailing findings and areas for improvement.


    Please note:
    - Pre exercise readiness questionnaires (PARQ’s) will be signed by all clients before the session.
    - Existing medical conditions must be declared.
    - Clients will be asked to disclose any changes in medical history on the day of the session
    - Pregnant clients are required to obtain a verbal agreement from a GP or doctor before commencing training.
