How does it work?

Complete the ‘Athlete Enquiry Form’.

Complete the enquiry form on the ‘Contact’ page and you will be sent the ‘Athlete Interest Form’ to complete.
Please complete it accurately and to the best of your knowledge - this will enable me to accurately plan your training proposal.

Informal Chat

When your ‘Athlete’ Interest form has been received - I will contact you to arrange an initial consultation.
This will take place on Microsoft Teams and will last approximately 1 hour.
We will expand on the information provided in the ‘Athlete Interest Form’, I will explain my coaching style, process and my plan for your training and development.
The chat will be informal and with absolutely no strings attached.

After our consultation, if you decide you'd like to work with me, feel free to reach out via email or the 'Contact' page. I will do my best to respond within two business days.

Commence Training Plan

  • A personalized training plan is sent to you every two weeks via Training Peaks. It is essential that the plan evolves continuously to match your progress and adaptation. Remember, train the individual, not the system.

  • Communication between the athlete and coach is facilitated through Training Peaks, enabling me to monitor your response to the training and make necessary adjustments to the plan.

  • A monthly 1-hour Teams meeting to review training, progress, and other relevant topics.

  • Support is available six days a week via WhatsApp for training-related queries and guidance on prescribed sessions.

  • Access to knowledge articles to support your training (currently in development)
