  • A personalized, adaptive, and progressive training plan, tailored to your goals and experience, delivered fortnightly via Training Peaks.

  • Access to the coach six days a week (Monday to Saturday) via WhatsApp.

  • A monthly 1-hour Microsoft Teams meeting to review progress, address any issues, and plan ahead.

  • Expert advice, guidance, and support in strength training, recovery, physiology, nutrition, and psychology.

  • Access to knowledge articles (Currently in progress)
